Refund and Returns Policy

At WP TECH, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund, we guarantee same-day refund initiation.
Refunds will not be processed after 7 days of purchase. After this period, only exchanges are possible.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (UPI payments may be credited earlier).

For any refund-related concerns, you can always contact us at support@wptech.com or raise a support ticket from your account.

I bought a product. Can I request a refund?
Yes. If you find the product is not working as intended, you may request a refund by contacting us.

Note:

GPL products do not include original license keys, so refund requests for license keys are not valid.
Most products are pre-activated, but some may face restrictions due to licensing.

You are unable to install downloaded themes or plugins.
The product does not work due to your hosting/server/WordPress compatibility.
The theme or plugin requires a purchase/license code.
Your website breaks during installation (our support can assist in fixing issues).
You simply did not like our services.
You changed your mind or no longer need the product (exchange is possible in such cases).
Starter Memberships are non-refundable. (You still get access to 5000+ products).
For other memberships, only partial refunds are possible. Gateway charges + $2 per download will be deducted.
If you purchased an original license and it is already activated on your domain, no refund will be issued. If unused, we can issue an exchange or full refund.

Our products are digital media, instantly available for download after purchase. Therefore, all sales are generally final.
If a product is defective or does not work at all, WP TECH will issue a same-day refund.
Refund arrival in your account may take 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
